In most cases your order will ship out within 1 business days of when it was placed. Please read "When will my order arrive?" below to determine total delivery times.

If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. The additional items will still be charged the discounted 'additional items' rate even if they ship separately.

Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

Orders placed with Standard Shipping will be shipped via US Postal Service Ground, or UPS Ground for heavier items.

If the weight of your order is 13 oz. or less and you select Standard Shipping, the order will ship US Postal Service First Class Mail.

When will my order arrive?

At PCmule.com we try to get your order shipped out and provide you with a tracking number within 24 hours, however that is not always possible.
Please use this information to determine when your order will arrive:

Processing Time
One or two days to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized, and to make sure the ship-to address is on file with your credit card company. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your ship-to address does not match your bill-to, or is not on file with your credit card company, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed to the next step, we will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken your order will be cancelled. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

Warehouse Time
After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display. Minimum time: 1-2 business days

Shipment Time
The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. If you select budget shipping, this time could be a week or two. Some budget shippers do not display tracking information. Ground shipping is the default shipper in your shopping basket so if you do not want ground shipping, you must select another shipping method before completing your purchase or you will be charged ground shipper rates.

Priority & Air Shipping
NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that next day delivery can take 1 day. Make sure your bill to and ship to addresses are on file with your credit card company. And then monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.

International & Military Shipping

International Shipping
PCmule.com ships within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments and orders going to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Millitary APO/FPO mailboxes
There are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions complicate or prevent our suppliers from shipping products to APO/FPO mailboxes. We are working on finding ways to solve this fulfillment inconvenience and in the meantime we apologize and hope you understand.

Shipping Delays

Backorder, Discontinued item
Sometimes an item may be out of stock, backordered, or discontinued. We will notify you if we cannot acquire the item within 5 business days, giving you the opportunity to cancel the order or continue to wait. If we cannot acquire the item within a reasonable amount of time the order will be canceled.

Other Shipping Issues

Missing part of an order
PCmule.com may ship each product at different times and from different warehouses via different shipping companies. We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you. Do not be concerned if you receive only one of your products in a box. The other products might arrive soon after from a different location.

My order never arrived!
If its been over a week and your order has not arrived please check the tracking status or contact customer service.

Different Shipping and Billing Address
If your shipping address is different than your billing address and is not on file with your credit card issuer (normally your bank if a debit card), you order may be delayed for manual processing. To avoid this delay use the same Shipping and Billing address that is on file with your credit card issuer. To change the address on file with your credit or debit card call the number on the back of the card prior to ordering.
